Ainsley's Iced Cafe Latte Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 shots of Espresso

  • 4 tbsp Sugar

  • 1 tin (380ml) Evaporated Milk

  • 250ml Cream

Method

  1. Dissolve sugar in hot coffee

  2. Whisk in milk & cream

  3. Pour into cups

  4. Put a few coffee beans on top

  5. Put in freezer for 3 hours+

  6. Put in fridge 1 hour before serving
