Aioli

Ingredients

  • 150ml Crème Fraîche or Cream

  • 150ml Mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Parsley

  • 1 clove crushed Garlic

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together

Originally came as part of two part recipe for Potato Wedges with Aioli (from St Anton ski holiday, March 2004).
