Asparagus Tart

Ingredients

Pie Crust

  • 85g Butter

  • 85g Cheese, grated

  • 85g Flour


Filling

  • 3 Eggs

  • ½ cup Milk

  • ½ cup Cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • Pinch of Mustard Powder

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1 cup of Asparagus pieces

Method

Pie Crust

  • Crumb together butter, cheese and flour

  • Rub together and press into pie dish

  • Refrigerate


Filling

  • Beat eggs well

  • Stir in all other ingredients

  • Pour into pie shell

  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180°C
