Asparagus Tart

Ingredients
Pie Crust
85g Butter
85g Cheese, grated
85g Flour
Filling
3 Eggs
½ cup Milk
½ cup Cheese, grated
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Mustard Powder
Salt & Pepper
1 cup of Asparagus pieces
Method
Pie Crust
Crumb together butter, cheese and flour
Rub together and press into pie dish
Refrigerate
Filling
Beat eggs well
Stir in all other ingredients
Pour into pie shell
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180°C
