BBQ Sauce
from Graham's kitchen

Ingredients
100g Butter
Large Onion, diced finely
Bulb of Garlic, minced
Chilli to taste, minced
A few sprigs of Thyme, chopped
2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Water
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Optional
4 Tbsp Molasses
4 Tbsp Mustard
4 tsp dried Oregano
Method
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion, garlic, chilli and thyme and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Purée with a stick blender.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
