Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
1½ cups (250g) Flour
10ml Baking Powder
5ml Bicarbonate of Soda
3ml Salt
5 tbsp Sugar
80g Butter, melted
2 large Eggs, separated
15ml Vanilla Extract
500ml Buttermilk, at room temperature
Method
Sift flour, baking powder and bicarbonate into a mixing bowl
Beat in butter, egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla
Add buttermilk and mix until smooth
Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into batter
Cook on waffle iron
