Cabbage (N'tsiri style)


Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Butter

  • Packet Brown Onion Soup

  • Pepper

Method

  1. Slice whole cabbage like a book (1cm slices, but not all the way through)

  2. Mix butter, soup and pepper together

  3. Spread in between cabbage slices

  4. Wrap in tinfoil layers (at least 2 layers for a fire)

  5. Place near hot coals and turn occassionally until soft all the way through
