Chicken Liver Paté

Ingredients
1 Onion
1 Clove Garlic
45g Butter
450g Chicken Livers
1 tsp dried Mixed Herbs
1 Bay Leaf
15ml Brandy
½ tsp Sesame Seeds to garnish
Method
Finely chop onion & garlic
Sauté onions and garlic in half the butter until soft
Add herbs and bay leaf and season with salt & pepper
Add chicken liver and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes
Place mixture and remaining ingredients in liquidizer and blend until smooth
Place in dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and leave in fridge to cool completely
