Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Oven tray full of chicken wings

  • Salt & pepper

  • Whatever sauce you like (I use my homemade chilli sauce with a bit of melted butter)

Method

  1. Put tray full of wings in a cold oven

  2. Cook at 180°C for 35 minutes

  3. Pour off fat and mix wings with sauce of choice, saving a bit of sauce for a final coating

  4. Place back on tray for 15 minutes at 220°C or finish on braai

  5. Mix in remaining sauce and serve
