Chicken Wings

Ingredients
Oven tray full of chicken wings
Salt & pepper
Whatever sauce you like (I use my homemade chilli sauce with a bit of melted butter)
Method
Put tray full of wings in a cold oven
Cook at 180°C for 35 minutes
Pour off fat and mix wings with sauce of choice, saving a bit of sauce for a final coating
Place back on tray for 15 minutes at 220°C or finish on braai
Mix in remaining sauce and serve
