Chilli Dipping Sauce


Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Vinegar

  • ½ cup Caster Sugar

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 3 Chillis, chopped

  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated

  • ¼ cup Pineapple, crushed

Method

  1. Add vinegar, sugar and salt to saucepan

  2. Heat until sugar is dissolved

  3. Add other ingredients

  4. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes and allow to cool
