Corn Fritters

Sarah's Corn Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Mielie Kernels

  • 1 tin Creamed Corn

  • Self-raising flour

Method

  1. Mix mielies together then add as much flour as necessary to make a thick batter

  2. Fry in very hot oil to seal quickly
