Fifine's Sauce for Steamed Fish
from Fifine's kitchen

Ingredients
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
Bunch of Parsley
Bunch of Thyme
Salt & Pepper
Capers
Method
Skin and chop tomatoes
Lightly fry onions in butter until translucent
Add tomatoes, parsley, thyme, pepper, salt, capers and liquor from steamed fish
Thicken with corn flour if required
Notes
Mushrooms and shrimps can be added to sauce if desired
Garnish with hard-boiled eggs
Sauce can be prepared while fish is cooking and liquor from steaming added before thickening
