Fish with Herbs and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of Fish

  • Olive Oil

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp Spring Onions, chopped

  • ¼ cup dry Breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp dried Basil

  • 1 tsp dried Oregano

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Method

  • Place fish on foil lined baking sheet and brush with oil

  • Combine cheese, mayo and onions and spread over fish

  • Combine breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients sprinkle evenly over fish

  • Drizzle with more oil

  • Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes
