Flapjacks

Ingredients
150g Butter
150g light Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
350g Oats
Pinch of salt
Method
In a saucepan, melt together butter, sugar and syrup until sugar is dissolved
Add oats and salt and mix well
Spread evenly in a cake tin or oven tray lined with a silicon sheet (depending on how thick you want them).
Bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes
Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from tin and cut
