Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 150g Butter

  • 150g light Brown Sugar

  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup

  • 350g Oats

  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. In a saucepan, melt together butter, sugar and syrup until sugar is dissolved

  2. Add oats and salt and mix well

  3. Spread evenly in a cake tin or oven tray lined with a silicon sheet (depending on how thick you want them).

  4. Bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes

  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from tin and cut
