Fruit Pie (Tupperware)
Adapted from the original Tupperware Apple Pie recipe thay came with the Tupperware pie mixer.
This recipe is adapted from an old apple pie recipe from Tupperware for a quick and easy pie with any fruit you have.

Ingredients
Any fruit (we use a 500g bag of frozen Blueberries or Blackberries, bottled cherries or slices of fresh apple)
2 tsp (10ml) Baking Powder
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar (if the fruit is very sweet, use a bit less sugar here)
1 cup Milk
½ cup Oil
2 Eggs
Light brown sugar to sprinkle over the top
Method
Cut or place enough fruit to cover the bottom of a 20cm x 30cm deep pie dish
Beat all wet ingredients and sugar together well.
Mix in flour and baking powder.
Pour mix over fruit.
Sprinkle some sugar over the top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C (timing depends on thickness of fruit and size of pie dish, but use a cake tester to check the pie once the top has turned golden brown.
Best served with fresh cream.
Notes
This recipe is great with any berries. We normally have a 500g bag of frozen blueberries or blackberries in the freezer or some bottled cherries in the pantry for this. Pour straight into the baking dish for a really quick pie.
If you're using apples (as per the original recipe), a teaspoon of cinnamon in the dough mix and some raisins added to the fruit is a nice touch.
