Gazpacho

Ingredients
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
½ Cucumber
1 Onion
500g ripe Tomatoes
900ml Tomato Juice
30ml Red Wine Vinegar
30ml Olive Oil
15ml Sugar
15ml Hot Chilli Sauce / Tobasco
Salt & Pepper
Method
Roughly chop all other ingredients and process in a blender until smooth
Adjust seasoning to taste and chill thoroughly (preferably overnight)
