Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 tin Chickpeas, drained

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 2 tbsp of Tahini

  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 clove of Garlic

  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Optional Paprika sprinkle for the presentation

Method

  1. Place everything in blender and blend until smooth
