Karen's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
250g dark Chocolate
125g Butter
200g Sugar
4 Eggs
150g Flour
Method
Melt chocolate with a bit of milk over low heat
Add butter and switch off heat when melted
Separate egg white from yolk
Beat egg white until stiff
Lightly beat yolks and mix into chocolate mixture
Mix in flour and sugar
Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites
Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes
Notes
This is a very heavy chocolate cake that lends itself to being slightly under-cooked and served cold from the fridge.
