Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
2 Pork Chops
Salt & Pepper
25g Butter
15ml Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
Glass of White Wine
150ml Cream
2 tbsp Mustard
4 small Gherkins, julienned
Method
Heat butter & oil in a pan and add garlic when hot
Season chops and fry on high heat to brown each side
Lower heat and continue to fry until chops are cooked
Lift chops out and keep warm
Turn heat up high and pour in wine
Let it boil for a minute
Mix in the cream
When the cream starts to bubble add mustard and gherkins
Season if required
Pour over chops and serve
