Porridges

Ingredients
Maltabella
½ cup Maltabella per 500ml Milk
knob of Butter
Oats
1¼ cup instant Oats for 700ml Milk
or 1¾ cup instant Oats for 1000ml Milk
or 1 cup natural rolled Oats for 750ml Milk
knob of Butter
Mielie Pap/Kreemy Meel
¾ cup Mielie Pap for 850ml Milk
knob of Butter
Semolina
½ cup Semolina for 700ml Milk
or ¾ cup Semolina for 1000ml Milk
knob of Butter
Method
Bring butter and milk to the boil
Mix in the porridge, turn the heat to very low and keep stirring constantly until the mixture starts to thicken
Keep mixing for two minutes or until the hot plate has cooled enough not to burn the bottom
Put the lid on and leave to cook through for about 10 minutes
