Pressure Cooker

Based on our 8 litre Instant Pot Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

Potatoes (mini spuds)

  • 2kg potatoes on steaming rack

  • 2 cups water

  • Pressure cook for 10 minutes and immediately release pressure


Gem squashes

  • Fill pot with gem squashes on steaming rack

  • 2 cups water

  • Pressure cook for 10 minutes and immediately release pressure
