Red Cabbage

Rotkohl

Ingredients
1 kg Red Cabbage
1 large Onion
2 Apples
50g Butter
Salt
2-3 tbsp Vinegar
1 cup Chicken Stock
3 Cloves
Cinnamon Stick
Sugar
3 tbsp Redcurrant Jelly
Method
Fry onion in butter
Chuck in all else except vinegar & sugar
Cook until cabbage is soft
Add vinegar & sugar to taste
