Red Cabbage

Rotkohl

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Red Cabbage

  • 1 large Onion

  • 2 Apples

  • 50g Butter

  • Salt

  • 2-3 tbsp Vinegar

  • 1 cup Chicken Stock

  • 3 Cloves

  • Cinnamon Stick

  • Sugar

  • 3 tbsp Redcurrant Jelly

Method

  1. Fry onion in butter

  2. Chuck in all else except vinegar & sugar

  3. Cook until cabbage is soft

  4. Add vinegar & sugar to taste
