Red Pepper Purée

Ingredients
1 Red Pepper, grilled, peeled & seeds removed
4 mild piquant Peppers
125ml Mayonnaise
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml fresh dill, chopped (or loads if you like it)
80ml plain Yoghurt
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Dry pepper well, place in blender with all remaining ingredients except yoghurt & seasoning
Blend until smooth, stir in yoghurt and season
Keep refrigerated until required
