Smoked Haddock in Cream

Ingredients

  • 1kg Smoked Haddock

  • 6 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Dash Pepper

  • 4 small Onions

  • 250ml Cream

  • Paprika

  • Fresh Parsley

Method

  1. Soak the smoked haddock for 1 hour to remove excess salt

  2. Place in an oven proof dish

  3. Mix together the lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, then poor over the fish

  4. Then place the small onions on the fish and cover with the cream

  5. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes

  6. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley
