Tuna Bake
from Nicola Burger's kitchen

Ingredients
3 cloves Garlic
2 Onions, chopped
60g Butter
2 tins Tuna
1 tin Tomatoes, chopped
250g Pasta
Grated Cheddar Cheese for topping
Sauce
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
250g Cream Cheese
430ml (1½ cups) Cream
Method
Cook pasta
Drain tuna
Fry onion & garlic in butter
Flake tuna into onions
Add tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl
Arrange all ingredients in an oven proof dish (pasta, then tuna, then sauce. Top layer must be sauce)
Sprinkle with a little extra cheddar cheese
If cooking immediately, bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, else bake for 45 minutes
