Woolies Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cups (550ml) Butter

  • 100g Chocolate Chips

  • 2 cups Flour

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 100g grated Chocolate

  • 2½ cups Oats

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1 cup chopped Nuts, optional

Method

  1. Measure oats and then blend to a fine powder

  2. In a stand mixer, cream together butter and both sugars

  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla

  4. Mix in flour, oats, salt, baking powder and bicarb

  5. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts

  6. Roll into balls and place on baking sheets

  7. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C
