Yoghurt

Home-made yoghurt is easy as long as you can create an environment where it can sit at a constant temperature of around 42°C

Ingredients

900ml Milk (we found UHT worked better and had no strange taste associated)

100ml Yoghurt starter (basically a shot from your last batch)

Method

Mix together and leave in a 42°C environment overnight. Check in the morning if it has set sufficiently, otherwise leave it longer and check every hour or two until it is set to your liking.
